Projects are costed on a fixed-price basis, with a sliding scale from worthy charities, through professional associations, to commercial trade associations. For ongoing help on those tricky issues like refunds, archiving, special membership offers, event ticketing, etc, the Comspec Support scheme costs £95 per quarter, and if you don't ask anything in the quarter, the next quarter is free.
